当会は香港弁護士会と友好協定を締結する運びとなりました。これを記念し、香港から第一線で活躍する実務家をお招きして国際セミナーを開催します。
第１部は、国際ビジネス紛争の解決フォーラムとして広く活用されている香港の仲裁につき、第２部は、中国へ投資する際に香港を投資拠点として利用するメリット等につき、最先端の情報をお届けします。

Celebrating the Friendship Agreements to be executed with HKBA and LSHK, TBA will hold an international seminar to provide cutting-edge information welcoming leading practitioners from Hong Kong. Part 1 introduces arbitration in HK widely used as a forum for cross-border business dispute resolution. Part 2 explains practical use of HK as a base for investment into China.

Charge
Free for members of the Tokyo Bar Association and trainees at the Legal Research and Training Institute of Japan.
3,000 yen for members of other bar associations and the general public. The charge is the same even if only one seminar is attended. Please pay at the reception desk when you arrive.
