「外務大臣による援助決定番号」は、外務省が発出した「援助決定について（通知）」に記載されている案件番号をさします。案件番号が適切でない場合は本申立を受理することはできませんので、ご注意ください。
Minister For Foreign Affairs Assistance Case No." refers to the case number shown on the "Notice of Decision for Assistance" issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please note that this application cannot be accepted if the case number is not appropriate.
